Pass the Gavel

This annual event takes place during the council's monthly social meeting. It is during this event that the gavel, the symbol of the Grand Knight's authority, is passed from the outgoing Grand Knight to the incoming

Grand Knight.

The council was founded in 1999. This annual event has been going on since the end of that inaugural year.
